I'd say who is selling blue chips around the World Markets are the US....gathering money for there own economy.
Here in OZ is no different....many countries invested on Resource Stocks here....now is time to cash it up.....
Or you would not know that many countries like US would be taking money out of other countries at the moment..... gosh.....
They are cashing it out....
