What's embarassing is the scores of tradesmen, with 4 kids, in their 30s/40s, in debt up to their eyelids with 2 cars, one boat, overseas holidays, $20K entertainment units and a $800K mortgage.....and it's all on credit or based on current asset values. Eventually, they'll have to pay to pay it back.
