It's much cheaper for China buy/lease Australia than ''invade'' militarily

So far it is working well for them -

they are sending many companies broke and buying up the scraps at bargain prices
they are sending thousands of ''student migrants'' to infiltrate every aspect of our society and politics
They are investing heavily in our agriculture, our mining as well as buying the odd  Qld island in the sun
and they have the odd state premier in their belt and road pocket
