Imagine this:
A 24HR halt was placed on all laws and it was announced that for 24hrs anyone could do whateve rthey wanted and that noone would ever be charged in hindsight, no matter the crime.
ie, opportunity time, to settle scores and make ammends...
What would happen and would the goodies or baddies endure to the 25th hour?
The point of that hypothetical will come out quickly enough im sure.
