The Muslim MP could only have been elected in NZ due to their whacko electoral system. Unlikely to happen in Australia.
I do agree however that unless there is less kow-towing to multicultural interests that such things are a threat to Australia's interests.
It's interesting to note that the architect of multiculturalism in Australia - one Gough Whitlam - is reduced to spruiking tomato sauce on TV adverts, complete with phony Italian accent - how humiliating....
