    Well, I can look at some dump in Sydney for $1.5 to $2 million bucks - or I can buy something really special in Hobart - or something magical overseas if I wished.


    Now - which part is kooky?

    Paying through the nose for a traffic jammed dump in Sydney or Melbourne - or not?

    Sounds like insanity to me.

    But, what would a full kook status person like me know?
