there's about maybe 30 things of note - including what the bloke on the 50 dollar note invented - he probably doesn't count with right wingers because he's aboriginal - but, he's ok by me
aside from that - I'm struggling -
which is pretty thin for 200 years in a politically stable country you know
we are inventive - but, we cannot cut it in Oz generally
it would take a massive massive mindshift to turn Oz into a place of invention
I've had a few patents and done a couple of firsts --
man ------------ inventing stuff is easy ------------- getting it going ----
not so easy - in fact - it's like belting your head against a brick wall
it would be easier to piss off somewhere else - invent it - build it and licence it back to Oz for old times sake
