Vulnerable? Certainly we are and have been for a long time. Instead of building on our own cyber hardware and security our political leaders have preferred the "boys' toys" of Joint Strike Fighters and submarines wasting enormous amounts of money for no good reason other than the sublimation of their phallic ambitions and their psychological uneasiness.
