some good ideas - yes. But, merely tents on sticks in reality. Temporary dwellings.
Can you see a traditional queenslander lasting a few hundred years?
Not a chance.
Yet you see town after town of houses in France and Germany etc etc - that have been around for hundreds of years -
what's the difference? ------------ they build houses, Ozzies have only ever built humpies.
Look at it now ---------- NSW - over half of all new apartments have serious building fault
over half ----------- wtf?
