well the facts are that the solar cycles aren't in sync with the current changes and no significant uptick in volcanic activity.
however the temperature is rising faster than at any previous time in history, as measured by geological and satellite measurements, and it coincides with a massive increase (doubling) of the concentration of GHGs in the atmosphere. tracking along very closely.
using Occam's razor you can easily see that the simplest most apt explanation for the rise in temperature is connected with the rise in GHG concentrations.
