Like I said, I'm merely sharing the facts.
And again, the facts are that people in developing and underdeveloped countries are consuming record amounts of fossil fuel.
I guess that, just like us affluent Westerners, people in poor countries also want to have hospitals, schools, roads, shopping centres, public amenities, infrastructure, etc., to raise their living standards, and are turning to the energy type of their choosing in order to power their economic advancement.
It's obviously what they deem to be the priority for their personal and national circumstances.
I guess you could try stopping them if you felt strongly enough about it.
