this is called background GHG emissions. the kind that has kept the GHGs within a smaller range for thousands of years. its what provided the additional Co2 for plant growth when normal plant absorption of Co2 would reduce Co2.

homeostasis was the norm but we've departed from that long range normal variation as Co2 has doubled in proportion to other gases. we left that normal cycle a couple of decades ago.
