But if everything starts to drop off, which housing still isn't, look at the massive growth rates for everywhere except Sydney and Perth. Then all we have to do is pull the plug on the 457's and send them back to where ever they came from. Therefor using the govermental policy they have a control over the numbers in the workforce.
