They are not bidding for the whole kit and caboodle....
IMHO....RIO and FMG will be approved.
There are also clauses in both these deals regulating the stake they can purchase up to....
Valin is capped @ 17.55% and cannot acquire any further.
Rio has the right to repurchase the 19% stake back from Chinalco if and when they exercise their bonds @ US$45 and @ US$60
So I believe they are not on the same playing filed as OZL.
They are not bidding for the whole kit and...
