Australia imposed duties totalling 10.9% on Chinese wind towers, 17.4% on railway wheels and up to 60.2% on stainless steel sinks.
The World Trade Organisation panel found that Australia's Anti-Dumping Commission had calculated those duties in a way that was inconsistent with the rules. (Their method of calculating the normal vale of the exported goods was inadequate.)
The WTO Panel recommended that Australia bring its measures into conformity with its obligations under the GATT 1994 and the Anti‑Dumping Agreement.
