Don't get me wrong here Moby, my opinion of Rudd has been declining faster than the All Ordinaries, but I don't think Rudd is talking us into anything that wasn't always going to happen. I think Australia's mis-spent debt levels are doing the harm all for themselves.
I think Turnbull's comments had a lot to do with Todays sell off in Australia. He is indicating that he is now willing to fight the government over fiscal policy - this is departure from the somewhat "lets work this together" approach last time. I don't blame him - Rudds previous attempt really was policy on the run and was an absolute joke.
We have a bunch of clowns up the top at the moment. Anyone for forming a new political party?
