Found this interesting article that helps shed some lights on Montsant's efforts in DML (the convertible notes and placement subscription).

Thought to share it for some light reading.

although we do not know who makes up Montsant, we do know that they requested a re-negotiations to obtain 50% on the off take agreement (so certainly no small potatoes).
