Hello Everyone,
A Barometer, I'm using re Property in the A.C.T. is 'how many people rare turning up to open homes'and I can say with confidence in some cases NONE and perhaps sometimes One Couple.
This is Bad because as Prices Fall many people could leave some Banks etc. with Bad Debts.
Interest Rates have to be reduced urgently! Don't wait months for A.B.S. Figures to 'filter through'.
The RBA is 'out of touch' the way they presently do things.
