thanks, the figures that you state, would that include whether they had tax deductions which would then lessen their tax liability apart from the $1mil. business?
From what I've been told, most of those $1mil. businesses have their affairs organised so that they ultimately don't pay that sort of tax. ($30,000)
Also, the cash economy is live and well from my experience and observations. (how do you know that the current system is not as rorted as some believe ? )
so if there was a better, more fairer, simpler system that allowed people to have more control of their own hard earned money, I think most people would more readily and happily pay the tax man. (he doesn't even say thanks )
I don't really expect any 'out of the square' changes to anything such as to our tax system by our government, but one can at least question the possibilities.
