We don’t have a voice in parliament for disabled, for the church, for women, for redheads, for Pakistanis… we have representatives for everyone.
They had a chance with atsic and they now have the NIAA

Why would they be more experts than anyone else, there is 400 different groups from all over the country with different language and culture… the main things they have in common is we treat them differently to how we treat everybody else hence we have much different outcomes to everyone else. A seperate voice would have just been one more difference to keep them removed from the rest of society.

There are numerous places for them to have a voice, problem seems to be the voices they have so to in are useless or corrupt and continually fail.

You’re mentality is what holds them back but you can’t see it… they don’t live off the land anymore the ship sailed a long time ago.

Why would their people be kore experts at how to move people from communities into town when we have examples of this being done all through history to use and we have educated professionals like psychiatrists anthropologists etc… but you think they aren’t cowry enough but you think aboriginals would actually know better?
What evidence of them knowing better have you seen in the past cause I see them constantly making poor decisions
