There is definitely accumulation going on around 1c recently...that seems to be the value mark...I havent bothered reading the latest anns yet in detail..I will wait for the quarterly.
The obvious accumulation is a very good sign I feel...someone knows something!
It is good to see external confidence return to the stock...i might pick up a few more as well...
