This was China's first successful moon landing, after previous Chinese lunar missions had only orbited the moon.

Yep, and the only other nations to have done similar are the USA and Russia.

The USA you despise and Russia, well you question their ability to do engineering safely.

So what is it panic boy?

Adulation or hypocrisy?

And by the way ... my comment regarding Chinese scientific smarts related to the fact they are still building coal fired powers stations at the rate of 2 per week for the foreseeable future.
