I agree. With Noble on board we should get a push along. They are not going to invest millions to go backwards.
Yes, I am aware of the past with Noble and what's going on there atm.
Also, China have warned that they will retaliate when the new US tariffs come into affect even though some have been held back until Dec. At least another USD 150billion will have a 10% tariff added on Sept 1. Not a sneeze in the park.
Trump has also linked Hong Kong to the trade deal. So if the PLA go in there will be more sanctions and a possible ramifications to the trade deal.
We will have to see what happens there. Foreign interference will definitely get China's back up.
Personally, I would love to see a peaceful amicable outcome to the Hong Kong issue. But it's not looking like it atm.
