Just a general warning to those wanting to purchase a load and go card from your loacl post office......DONT....these cards are easily compromised the security on these is BS , also when you need assistance you cop abuse from the filipno call centre operator you are forced to speak to, when you contact Australia Post to get help they will tell you they can not help as it is a service provided by a contractor etc.
When you lodge a complaint to recover your stolen funds ..don"t ever ring them back to ask how the complaint is going , as they then tell you every time you call to see haw it is going they add 45 days to the resolution period i have been waiting now 60 days with no result only copping abuse from their call centre operators who threaten you that they will extend the wait time..imagine if your stranded over seas and someone has ripped off your card and these pricks expect you to wait 60 days and still no result ...they clearly know that the perpetrators of this fraud is from their own call centre operators ..who else would hold your details as you need a memorable word and your pin as well an access code ...Australia post need to end this service ASAP i am aware they have stung many card holders and they end up losing their funds....so please do not ever buy a load and go card from Australia post they are owned by Heritage bank in England and hide behind call centre operators in the Philippines ...much the same as Telstra use slave labour while they maintain the high charges with no product help after yu have signed up...

I have been using those cards for years to do online purchases.I have never had a problem i also only load up what amount i need for purchase.Sorry to hear about your issues. And on some occasions i have had a few hundred sitting in them for a few weeks without use and funds were still in card.
