australia post & tz packaged asset delivery?

I keep an eye on the news feed on the Aust Post website. Did anyone see this?

It certainly sounds like TZ's PAD, and I hope I am not drawing a long bow here but in my opinion TZ does have the abililty to provide this technology. Naturally I hope it is TZ that Aust Post are using.
