That doesn't sound like a rebranding exercise or same-old same-old to me.
1. Different locations- different to the existing post office? Maybe... 2. Day and night, midweek and weekends- well that certainly sounds new because your traditional post office trading hours are 9am-5pm and closed on weekends! 3. Exciting new initiatives- you tell me what is 'exciting' about a re-branded existing service? Nothing.
And yes I may be wrong too but we all hope not hey.
