What about giving the job to someone who has risen through the ranks of Auspost, knows how it operates now, knows or establishes how it should operate, has respect for his/her fellow employees and manages finances responsibly.
We're sick of the cultural cringe in this country when it comes to appointing CEO's, especially where taxpayer money is involved to any significant degree.
