I've had a frigging gut full of Australia Post. Regularly order from Overseas and within Australia and the service even allowing for covid the service is non existence with items missing and no replies to lost/missing goods enquiries. Had a parcel sent from USA in August but tracking ceased in early September when arrived in Melbourne on way to SA. The Muppets behind this organisation should hang their heads in shame for a service that taxpayers deserve better. Time for privatisation and genuine competition we expect in 2020.
