According to my broker the current suitor/postco cannot accumulate or get any other fund/broker to acquire shares on their behalf for more than the offer price of $4.60. Then someone else is buying at $4.61 or more. Why would anyone want to buy at above $4.60 just for a possible 5c div?. An interesting dilemma to say the least.
I will be holding on to the last gasp.
