That's interesting news gsenevir.... we have seen good size buy above $4.60 over the last few days.. as I posted yesterday...
And as we haven't seen any substantial holding notice from POSTCO, so I would assume, like you its not people buying for the 5c (may be..?) dividend...
I used to follow takeovers years ago through the old Rene Rivkin Report and his rule was always the first bid is never the last bid....
I'm still holding and confident we'll see another suitor... and if we don't then I can only assume that we as retail mum and dad investors have got SXY wrong and the value isn't now or in the the future...
Usually with insider buying we may have to wait a week or two to find out why....
