I shall hold till end and vote no. I remember that these two majority holders did the same trick when they privatised a retirement home stock around two years ago. The market SP was always 1% lower than the intended privatised price. This time the margin is larger, may be they still hope to buy more from market. Let's hope that this time we shall turn down the takeover since this stock is held largely by retail shareholders, not as controlled by majority holders like last time.
