Also, in terms of risk - in general who would you apply a higher risk level to an investor or a FHB. In a downturn if banks decide to "tighten right up" whom is more likely to be the target of that tighening, FHB or investors?
And we are discussing this in the context of - how FHB benefit from a market "collapse".
