I’m north of Perth, pick any of the towns up to and including Kalbarri.
They are all down 30-50% from their peak.
$420k will get you a 1012 sq mtr block with a old beach shack across the road from the ocean 200mtrs from the jetty, in my town.
The house next to it is on market for $595k, same size block with double brick, suspended slab home.
It would cost more to build the house than to buy it ( it was built around 1990).
Both have big sheds at the back and the brick house even has 3 phase power.
I would like to buy both but my money tree out the back is looking a bit withered at the moment.
