If u have no income or other assets - you can not repay
Once prices go down let bank chase those :
1. Foreign investors in Asia
2. Local speculators wpuld have no chance in the world to repay as $$ owed is too big for them and people declare bankruptcy or escape to other countries
So , banks and Gov will at the end face problems
