Why have they tightened up lending, imo the risk profile now in the east is at an all time high. That risk will reduce after a fall of 20-25% . That tighten is likely to have triggered or contributed to that 20-25% fall.
As i had said previously, someone somewhere high up in an office tower has decided that there is too much credit/debt and has taken action that could trigger a decline in the market.
