Hamas needs to be given the encouragement they need to spread thought out the middle east etc.
Maybe Spain and all their Chums could also look at starting the process of recognising Isis's caliphate.
Gifting the EU to Isis could be the olive branch needed to help get them back on their feet again.
No different to blowing wind up Hamas's date.
