Why is the elephant in the room all ways ignored? 70% of Australians are paying either rent or a mortgage. Data below is almost 5 years ago and before our housing bubble went ballistic during covid. At that time we were top 3-5 of countries with the biggest housing bubble. Number one daylight second no doubt now.
