the 2 biggest points I take from this is that a) previous govts did just as badly when economic times were much better than today, and b) the RBA/Treasury are doing a pretty good job at defeating inflation with as little damage to Aussies and the economy as they can manage.

more BS from Labor shill. Before covid commodity prices were far lower. LNP was grappling with iron ore prices at $50/t and coal prices at $50/t and oil prices at $40/bbl. But GDP growth was still higher.
