honestly, where is the incentive for ceo's to do that? if a register gets diluted to the extent of a drop in the ocean, why would the directors care if they don't suffer any financial loss this is how the sharemarket operates there is heaps of companies that have being achieving nothing, year after year, but the directors are still very well paid. why? because of dilution after dilution after dilution, it's actually quite immoral on behalf of the directors and the new investors. legal robbery is how the share market functions the system is just a asset stripper sure, some people win, but most people lose. if it wasn't for the "generosity" of the banks, the unchecked consequences of materialism would not be propigated so unnaturally fast this is how countries are run also, nearly every politician couldn't give a stuff about what happens to the country as long as they are guaranteed heaven on earth. rotten to the core what else can be expected of such a system? toward the top of the cone there is fewer beds but they are a lot bigger. and while on that theme, due to the ubiquitiousness of human greed and fear, we have all seen that power tends to breed corruption.
