ReNew Economy might be a bit too treehuggy for some, so here is something written by a hairy chested engineer that might be more acceptable.
"Tianqi Lithium is committed to developing this next stage of production, through the construction of its world scale Lithium Hydroxide Processing Plant (LHPP) in Kwinana, WA. This is a $400 million project generating 500 jobs through construction and 115 full time jobs when producing. The Kwinana LHPP will be the largest plant and produce the highest quality lithium hydroxide in the world. This could well lead to even further opportunities into the precursor, cathode and potentially battery manufacturing space in WA in years to come."
