If there was ever any doubt about our lap dog status it is now removed. The US feels it can interfere in our politics with impunity. First the US ambassador, then Shrub and now one of his chief henchmen.

Since our election will probably be the first of the coalition's, it's clear the Bush administration is pissing itself that the fall of the Howard govt might be the first in a domino effect. We can only hope....
