We need to abandon the preferential voting system for first past the post where you have a clear cut majority of voters selecting a government not a mishmash of exotic fringe parties determining the result! Democracy is for the majority not the minority!! At present due to our preferential voting system we have a government that two thirds of the voters rejected - that is not the democratic way!
