    If Australia was similar to Ireland then why hasn't our property market fallen as far ?
    It has had 3-4 years to copy and hasn't so it means we are not similar and nor are we the same as USA .

    BUT what it means to me is as they eventually recover our gains maybe limited , it is called pairing .
