INVSTOR,somehow I dont think that relates to anything.He's going to be on a very good wicket(not the norm),and if he has a family(or not),is he buying for the purpose of capital gain or just wants a place to call home?I can see the point your trying to make,but it has nothing to do with it.
So because an accountant is buying a property,it means the property market is ok?
