    its truly odd that you think Sloan's write up shows something of the Labs when the NDIS section focuses on the inappropriate mismanagement by the Lib Ministers. the extension of NDIS to people with mental health problems instead of using the money for people with disabilities; applying NDIS to people leaving prison and those with drug/alcohol abuse. the cost blow outs came from pre-22 election period.

    don't mistake me for backing Lab though as Shorten, despite all his engagement in the NDIS, is not making the kind of changes that are necessary to rein in the costs, except to place severe limits on the size of programs, avoiding the most appropriate therapeutic management and still focussing on 'cheaper' but unquantifiable social engagement.

    so really the problems created by the Libs are continuing.
