Pinto, I know you are in France, but where else would you recommend? I am not keen on the USA. Ireland is a little too damp, Switzerland looks nice. Some of the South American countries have a lot to recommend them.
I expect Australia to hold together long enough for me to live out my life. However for various reasons, probably different to yours, I think we have seen Australia's peak. Its our children that will experience the hard decline.
At the very base of all, in my view, is the lack of real education of our young and we have had it good so long that we can't tell poo from clay. Our peasant ancestors had a better grasp of hard reason.
