the yanks might as well give up --

they've been active in trying to stem the rise of China since about 1950 - by their own words

they have failed miserably - and, now - after allowing China - well, more than allowing - actually enabling - by offshoring - to grow into the largest economy on earth and with a massive military budget --

after allowing that - the horse has well bolted - there's really only one way forward for america that doesn't send it to it's own destruction - and that is to cooperate with China

if America wants to enter some dumb arsed cold war - it will suffer the same fate as Russia suffered when it lost the cold war V1

China today is NOT the Russia of yesterday

America needs to wake tf up to that one.

atm - I see America as grabbing straws from the way off stations - just like Rome tried as it was failing
