I guess it's because it's not really a QHL contract as yet. If it was a contract win by QHL then that maybe a different story, however it's just news at this point and that's why the market didn't see anything to jump on. imo
But I really wish Lockheed Martin would mention QHL even in just one of their news releases, if I was QHL US i would be asking for a mention every now and then, could make a ton of difference. Maybe they're not close enough drink buddies to ask for that.
