Just another means through which the global elite running this show can effectievly tax the middle class in 'wealthy' countries (in this case Australia) and funnel it to wasteful debt black holes around the world ... of course only after it has passed through the corrupt banking fraternity's hands for a small charge (cough cough).
Australia cannot avoid a debt mess because the government doesn't work for you and me ... and none of their masters want a middle class.
