Larry Summers, you know; the "brilliant economist" (some people actually said this after the speech (below)). Sets out the way to force people to spend  (so all the rubbish economic theories might look a little bit more real and the 1% will keep on being looked after). He said zero interest rates and eliminating cash  - that is where we are going now. Along with - in America and France if you take $5000 out of the bank you are questioned...
